1. Services Provided

"Maxycore Drive" offers chauffeured BMW 3-series car hire services within Nigeria. Services include:

• City to City drop-offs
• Full Day Service
• Special Route Requests

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Payments must be confirmed within 12 hours of making a booking on hold. Failure to confirm payment within this timeframe will nullify the booking.
• Bookings made and paid for online are automatically confirmed.
• Bookings made online and booked on hold are not confirmed until at least a 50% deposit is paid.
• A "Full Day Service" is from 8 AM to 6 PM.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations can be requested via email, phone call, or WhatsApp up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
• A cancellation fee of N1,000 will be deducted from the refund, which will be processed within 24 working hours.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip.
• The passenger is regarded as having no-showed after the driver has waited at the agreed pickup location for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes without any form of communication from the passenger. Refunds can be requested for no-shows. However, a no-show (10% of the fare) fee will be charged the customer.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Intending travellers must provide accurate information when booking and comply with all applicable laws during the use of our services. "Maxycore Drive" reserves the right to refuse service for any violation of these Terms.

5. Luggage

• Travellers are allowed a maximum of three (3) medium-sized luggage for a trip.
• No luggage is allowed inside the passenger cabin of the vehicle.
• Carry-on bags, handbags, and purses may be carried inside the passenger cabin.
• No luggage is allowed in the passenger cabin in such a way that it hinders the ability of the driver to pilot the vehicle and/or impairs the mobility of the driver.

6. Passenger Occupancy

Every trip is allowed a maximum occupancy of three (3) adult passengers. Where there are children, there may be varied combinations of adults and children to such an extent that each traveller is properly and securely seated.

7. Unscheduled Stops

"Maxycore Drive" aims to ensure a timely and safe journey for all passengers. Therefore, we do not encourage or entertain requests for unscheduled stops during the trip, except for necessary convenience breaks or meal breaks on journeys exceeding four (4) hours. Requests for other types of stops will generally not be accommodated, and any deviation from this policy is at the sole discretion of the driver based on the overall safety and timing of the journey.

8. Limitation of Liability

"Maxycore Drive" is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, accidents, or third-party actions.

9. Governing Laws

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
